I RECEIVED A WRONG/MISPRINTED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We're so sorry! If you received a wrong, misprinted, or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Submit a claim by emailing us at support@trupacific.com, and be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

Product disclaimer:

Some apparel may arrive with minor discoloration from the printing process. Don't worry, these are not stains and will wash out after the first wash cycle.
