I RECEIVED A WRONG/MISPRINTED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you received a wrong/misprinted/defective product, please contact us within 14 days after the product has been received.

You can submit a claim by contacting us at info@trupacific.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the wrong/misprinted//defective product.

Product disclaimer:

You may notice some discoloration on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY TRU PACIFIC APPAREL?

Here are some washing instructions we highly recommend:

  • Turn garment inside out (to preserve print)
  • Launder/wash cold with like colors
  • Do not use softeners
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry low, or hang dry
