SHIPPING & DELIVERY

FULFILLMENT

From the time your order is placed and the date when you receive it, there are two processes to consider.

Fulfillment time: 2-3 business days

Shipping time: Estimated at checkout

Orders are fulfilled and delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.

If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. Each shipment will come with a shipping confirmation email, so you know what to expect.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is valid on orders of $75 or more shipped to the U.S. and U.S. Territories, after promotions and discounts are applied. Eligible customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping.

Orders to APO and FPO addresses ship free and arrive between 5-30 business days.

MISSING PACKAGE

If your package has been marked as "delivered" by the carrier, but is not present, please check surrounding areas and with any neighbors. Occasionally, carriers will mark packages as "delivered" prematurely and arrive a few days later, please allow up to 72 hours for the package to arrive.

If you are still unable to locate the package we highly advise you speak directly with your local carrier or post office.

We are not responsible for reshipping or reimbursing stolen packages.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encourage to check them prior to and after submitting an order. Once packages are shipped we cannot redirect. We are not responsible for reshipping or refunding orders shipped to the wrong address.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If your package is marked as "undeliverable" or "return to sender" your package will be returned back to us. Once returned back to us, we may be able to reship the package once more with correction or a new provided address (domestic order only).

If delivery is unsuccessful again only the value of the items will be refunded (not shipping fees).

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Cancel Order: Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order or an item in your order. If your order has not been fulfilled, we can attempt to stop the shipment. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed. You may return your order after you received it, provided its eligible for return.

Order Changes: Please contact us ASAP before your order is fulfilled, to change any sizes or add or remove any items from your order before shipment. Any changes to orders may cause a delay in fulfillment time.
