RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn (beyond trying on), unwashed and free of damage, odors, or signs of wear.
  • Original packaging is appreciated but not required.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return: Contact us at support@trupacific.com to initiate a return. If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send it back.

Important

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right aware at support@trupacific.com. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on: Clearance items and Gift cards.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the item you wat, once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

Please note: it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
