Shipping policy
From the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your door, there are two key steps:
Fulfillment time: 1-2 business days
Shipping time: Estimated at checkout
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you'll always know what's on the way.
FREE SHIPPING
Free Economy shipping is valid on orders of $75 or more shipped to the U.S. and U.S. Territories, after promotions and discounts are applied. Eligible customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping.
Orders shipped via economy/free shipping to U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and others) may take 2 to 8 weeks to arrive depending on destination and carrier availability.
Orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses qualify for free shipping with no minimum purchase required and typically arrive within 2 to 8 weeks.
MISSING PACKAGE
If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please:

Check nearby areas around your delivery location and ask neighbors in case it was left with them.
- Allow up to 72 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely and they may arrive within a few days.
- Contact your local carrier or post office directly. They often have the most up-to-date information.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed. We're unable to offer refunds or reshipments in these cases.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address before and after placing your order.
Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes or redirect the package.
We are not responsible for reshipping or refunding orders sent to an incorrect address.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If your package is marked as "Undeliverable" or "Return to Sender," it will be returned to us. Once received, we may be able to reship it once to a corrected or updated address.
Reshipping may be at the purchaser's expense or covered by us, depending on the reason the package was returned (e.g., incorrect address vs. carrier error).
If delivery fails a second time, we will issue a refund for the item(s) only. Please not that shipping fees are non-refundable.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Cancelling an Order: If you need to cancel your order (or an item within it), please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, we'll do our best to stop the shipment, but cancellation is not guaranteed once an order is placed.
If we're unable to cancel it in time, you may return the item(s) once received, provided they are eligible for return.
Changing an Order: To request changes, such as updating sizes or adding/removing items, please contact us before your order is fulfilled. Any requested changes may cause a delay in fulfillment.
